Returns Policy

We hope that you will be satisfied and pleased with your purchases from a2zworkwear.co.uk, however, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us. We offer simple and easy returns policy so that, you can return any items, in the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied.

Conditions when the return will be acceptable:

You can return the item if the item does not fit or you do not like the material . In this case buyer have to pay return postage. Make sure you send the item fully tracked to avoid any loss in postage system and please keep the receipt save.

Return of products will be acceptable only if the item is in nicely packed in original packing bag along with original Tag.

Return of products will be acceptable only if they are not used or washed.

Return of products will be acceptable only if the colors and sizes are incorrectly supplied to you. In this conditions we will pay return postage. You have to contact us and send up proof that you have received faulty or wrong item.

Return of Products will be acceptable with the period of 14 days after the receiving of products.

How long will my refund take?

We aim to complete the refund within 7 working days of receiving the returned items, this process can take longer. Please allow up to 15 days for your refund to be processed.

How to Return the items?

Please kindly packed the item properly and send it out at below address. Please put your full name and order number inside the returning packet.  As soon as we will receive your items, we will check the item and issue you refund.  You will receive an email when we will issue you refund.  Refund  usually take 3 to 10 working days to process.
