We use Hermes UK Delivery & Courier Service to send the items. All the parcels that consist of your order will be fully tracked and signed for.

Delivery Time: Hermes Standard 3 Working Days ( They will deliver your order within 3 Working days after receiving the parcel).

• Return will be accepted within 30 days after you will receive the item.
• The item should be in new and original packing.
• Customers have to pay the return postage cost, but if the customers received the wrong or faulty item we will pay the return postage cost. In this case please contact us before sending the item back. We will provide you prepaid postage bag to send the item back.
•  After receiving the return we will check the items and process the refund.
